Sports Mania ID is the account you use to sign in to Sports Mania events, leagues and apps. This page explains what it keeps and why.

What we keep

• Account: your email, name and — only if you add them — mobile, date of birth, gender, nationality, country and city.
• Sign-in: a hashed password if you set one, linked Google or Apple accounts, and your active sessions (device and IP address).
• Companies: the companies you create or join, and your role in them.
• Registrations: what Sports Mania systems report you or your company are registered in, with its status.
• Activity: a log of sign-ins and changes to your account, which you can see under Activity.

Who sees it

When you sign in to a Sports Mania system with your ID, that system receives your name and email, and the other details you’ve added, so it can pre-fill its forms. You can see and disconnect those systems under Connected apps. We don’t sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time, download everything we hold about you as a file, and delete your ID from Security. Registrations held by an event itself stay with that event’s organisers.
